Buescher, Dillon On Front Row At Texas

The two drivers at the top of the Camping World Truck Series standings will start Friday night’s WinStar 350 at Texas Motor Speedway on the front row.

James Buescher, in second place in the standings and trailing leader Austin Dillon by 11 points, won the pole with a speed of 181.062 miles per hour.

Dillon rolled in second in the qualifying session.

Completing the top five were Blake Feese, Kyle Busch and Ricky Carmichael.

The pole is the third of the season for Buescher. He swept both poles at TMS this year.

Entering Friday’s race, Ron Hornaday Jr. and Johnny Sauter are tied for third in points, 15 behind Dillon. Hornaday qualified ninth and Sauter 12th.

The TMS race is the next-to-last event on the Truck schedule. The season will end in two weeks at Homestead, FL.

SPEED will broadcast Friday’s race beginning at 7:30 p.m. (ET).
