Kyle Busch might move permanently into victory lane. Or at least bring several changes of clothes.

After sweeping all three national series races at Bristol Motor Speedway last week, Busch continued his march to NASCAR pay windows Friday night by winning the EnjoyIllinois.com 225 Camping World Truck Series race at Chicagoland Speedway.

Busch dominated the race, leading 120 of the 154 laps, but lost five positions in the pits in the closing laps. He needed only two laps of green, however, to advance past leader Todd Bodine and regain first place.

Bodine wrestled Busch for the lead in the final miles and moved alongside him with seven laps to go but couldn't complete the pass.

Busch led Bodine by several truck lengths with three laps to go when the caution flag flew because of smoke erupting from Timothy Peters' truck. That wiped out Busch's lead and set up a green-white-checkered finish.

Although the field was bunched for the two-lap dash to the finish, Busch had no trouble staying in front of Bodine and his other pursuers.

"I was concerned," Busch said of the green-white-checkered. "I remember last year it was real tough to get away from side by side. This year I got clear going into one. From there on out, I was worried he'd get a draft on me. He just didn't have quite enough to pass us. He could hang with us."

Following Busch, who also won the Truck event at Chicagoland last season, and Bodine to the finish were Ron Hornaday Jr., Johnny Sauter and Justin Lofton.

Bodine bumped his point lead from 211 points to 236 over second-place Aric Almirola, who finished sixth Friday.

"Second stinks," Bodine said. "It was a good night, so I can't complain. But you hate to run second, especially to Kyle."

Veteran Rick Crawford returned to the series with an eighth-place finish.
