Johnny Sauter was fastest in the first of two rounds of practice for tonight's AAA Insurance 200 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at O'Reilly Raceway Park in Indianapolis.

Sauter's No. 13 ThorSport Racing Chevrolet Silverado paced the field as activity began in the one-day show at the Indiana short track, followed by Mike Skinner's No. 5 Exide Toyota and defending and four-time series champion Ron Hornaday Jr. in the No. 33 Georgia Boot Chevy. Jason White and Aric Almirola completed the top five.

The second five was Kyle Busch, Matt Crafton, Timothy Peters, series points leader Todd Bodine and Justin Lofton.

Qualifying for the race begins at 5 p.m. ET and will be televised live on SPEED. Coverage of the race starts at 7:30 p.m. ET with the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Setup on SPEED.
