Michelle Theriault Joins Fast Track Racing for Six NCWTS Races Beginning at O'Reilly Raceway Park She will drive the #48 Chevrolet in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series with sponsorship from ProGold Lubricants

ProGold Lubricants, maker of state-of-the-art metal friction reducing lubrication technology, and Fast Track Racing are proud to announce they will field driver Michelle Theriault in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series for at least six races this season beginning at the AAA Insurance 200 presented by J.D. Byrider at O'Reilly Raceway Park Friday, July 23.

Theriault, who had three starts in the NCWTS in 2009, will drive the ProGold Lubricants sponsored No. 48 Chevrolet in her 2010 debut. Future races for Theriault in the No. 48 ProGold Lubricants Chevrolet are still to be determined.

With an extensive racing resume Theriault is one of the brightest young stars in motorsports today. In addition to three legends championships and experience in the NCWTS, she has starts in the ARCA Series, USAR Pro Cup Series, and the NASCAR K&N East and West Series, among others.

Theriault said she is ready to get back on track and return to NCWTS competition.

"I'm excited to have the opportunity to work with Fast Track Racing and Andy Hillenburg," Theriault said. "They provide ProGold and me with a great platform to make our 2010 debut. We're hoping we can bring on more partners and extend our run this season to more than six races, and put together something full time for next season."

ProGold Lubricants, a longtime motorsports sponsor, announced in June it had signed Theriault as a brand ambassador. This weekend will mark the pair's first on-track effort together.

Van Pounds, president and owner of ProGold Lubricants, said this is a great opportunity for everyone involved.

"We're pleased to have been able to put together this deal with Fast Track Racing and Andy Hillenburg for the remainder of the season," Pounds said. "It's a great opportunity for Michelle to get back in a truck, and a great marketing opportunity for ProGold Lubricants in NASCAR."

Fast Track Racing team owner Andy Hillenburg echoed Pounds' sentiments.

"It's a great opportunity for all of us," Hillenburg said. "We are excited to be partnering with ProGold and Michelle - and we're looking forward to what is sure to be a successful six races."

NASCAR championship-winning spotter for Matt Kenseth, Mike Calinoff, will spot for Theriault.

The NCWTS race at O'Reilly Raceway Park will air live on Speed Channel Friday, July 23, at 7:30 p.m.
