Peters At Texas…The WinStar World Casino 350 will mark Timothy Peters' fourth Camping World Truck Series start at Texas Motor Speedway. In three previous starts, Peters has earned one top-10 start and one top-15 finish. Earlier this season when he made the trip to the Lone Star State, Peters started 10th and finished 12th. He will be driving chassis # 138. In five races behind the wheel of that truck, Peters has earned a top-10 finish in each race, including three top-fives.

Plenty Of Firsts For Peters in 2009…It seems Peters and his #17 Strutmasters.com team are on fire this year. Since joining Red Horse Racing in June, Peters has earned nine top-10 finishes in 14 races. History has also been made this season. Peters earned his first career top-five finish at Kentucky Speedway, his first career pole at Nashville Superspeedway and his first career win two weeks ago at Martinsville Speedway. Peters currently sits seventh in series driver point standings, only 31 points out of fifth place.

Peters Shows Fans How He Drives A Toyota…Timothy Peters will be making an appearance at the "TOYOTA Start Something Drive Center" on Friday afternoon. Peters will climb behind the wheel of a "street" Tundra and take fans on rides around the road course that Toyota set-up just outside of the track.

Timothy Peters on racing at Texas Motor Speedway "We ran pretty well at Texas Motor Speedway in the spring so I'm looking forward to this race. I will be driving my favorite truck so that gives me some extra confidence. We need to come out of this race with all the fenders on and another great finish."

Crew Chief Chad Kendrick on Texas Motor Speedway "We qualified top-10 at Texas in the spring and ran pretty well. We are taking Timothy's favorite chassis and he would run that truck everywhere if he could. We've had some great finishes with it this year so I'm hoping we can better our 12th place finish this spring and bring home another top-five. This team is more than capable of it!"

Equipment Information Timothy Peters will compete with chassis # 138 in the WinStar World Casino 350 at Texas Motor Speedway. It was most recently raced at Las Vegas Motor Speedway where Peters started 24th and finished fifth.
