BUESCHER AT TEXAS: Buescher has made one career start at Texas Motor Speedway, as he competed in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race earlier this season in June. After starting in the 20th position, Buescher drove his No. 10 MaxxForce International Ford to an 18th-place finish, while completing 98.2% (164 of 167) of the laps competed. Even though the 19-year-old has limited experience on the 1.5-mile quad-oval, Buescher has captured a victory at Texas Motor Speedway's other three tracks on the Fort Worth property - Lil' Texas Motor Speedway, TMS Dirt Track, and the Infield Road Course.

CHASSIS INFORMATION: This week, crew chief Jamie Jones and the No. 10 MaxxForce International Ford team will unload Circle Bar Racing chassis CB-16. This will be the third race for this particular Ford F-150, as Buescher drove it to a 20th-place finish at Chicagoland Speedway and most recently a 13th-place finish at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Prior to the event in Chicago, this chassis was re-built with a new body.

THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME: This weekend's activities at Texas Motor Speedway (TMS) will mark the home state return for Buescher, as the Katy, Texas resident will compete on the 1.5-mile high banks for the second time this NCWTS season. Since the opening of TMS in 1997, Buescher has attended NASCAR races as a spectator, along with competing at the other tracks on the speedway's property during the beginning years of his racing career.

ROOKIE OF THE YEAR UPDATE: As the NCWTS season has three races remaining, Buescher currently sits third in the Raybestos Rookie of the Year point standings. The youngster is only 13 points behind second-place Tayler Malsam, while first-place Johnny Sauter has pulled away with a 52-point lead. Buescher has claimed Raybestos Rookie of the Race honors four times this 2009 season (Martinsville, Milwaukee, ORP, and Martinsville 2).

THREE TO GO: Through the first 22 races of the 2009 NCWTS season, Buescher and his No. 10 MaxxForce International Ford team have recorded one top-five finish and three top-10 finishes, along with 13 top-15 efforts. The Raybestos Rookie of the Year candidate has completed 92.4% of all laps competed (3303 of 3575). Buescher currently sits in the 14th position in the NCWTS Championship point standings, 118 markers behind 13th-place Tayler Malsam.

DOUBLE DUTY: In addition to driving the No. 10 MaxxForce International Ford for Circle Bar Racing on Friday night, Buescher will also compete at TMS in the NASCAR Nationwide Series race on Saturday afternoon. The rookie will pilot the No. 1 Miccosukee Resort & Gaming Chevrolet for Phoenix Racing.

PREVIOUS RACE RECAP: With the NCWTS competing on Halloween day last week at Talladega Superspeedway, Buescher and his MaxxForce International team were prepared for anything to happen at the unpredictable track. Buescher drove his truck into the top-10, where the teenager ran for the majority of the race, before the "big one" happened on lap 91. Buescher narrowly had it missed before the rear of his truck was tapped by a fellow competitor. Without much damage, the Texas native continued after minor repairs and came home with a 15th-place finish.

DID YOU KNOW?: Buescher first competed at the Lil' Texas Motor Speedway in 2001, when he was only 11-years-old.

STAY UP TO SPEED: The WinStar World Casino 350 from Texas Motor Speedway will take the green flag this Friday, November 6th at 9:00 P.M. Eastern. Race coverage will be televised live on SPEED, beginning at 8:30 P.M. Eastern, and heard live on select affiliates of MRN Radio and Sirius-XM NASCAR Radio Channel 128, beginning at 8:30 P.M. Eastern.

QUOTES FROM BEHIND THE WHEEL:

BUESCHER (On racing at Texas Motor Speedway): "Competing at Texas Motor Speedway is always enjoyable and exciting because I have grown up watching races there, on top of participating in races on the smaller tracks when I was just starting my career. I've been fortunate to claim the victory at every track on the TMS property, except the 1.5-mile oval and hopefully this weekend, we will be able to add that trophy to our collection. A lot of my family and friends come during the race weekend since it is my home track and to be able to run in both the Truck Series race and the Nationwide Series is something that I'm really looking forward to."
