SAUTER: Roll On To Loudon

Johnny Sauter is on a roll, and looks to continue his hot streak in the Heluva! Goood 200 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Saturday.

Sauter owns top-5 finishes in his last three races, including a 2nd place finish at Gateway last week, and has blasted into the top-10 in the NCWTS standings. With seven races remaining this season, he is within striking distance of a spot in the top-5.

"We're a confident bunch right now, and the results have shown it," Sauter said. "I'm so proud of the guys on this No. 13 Fun Sand/Rodney Atkins-Curb Records Chevy team for their efforts. They continue to work their tails off for me, and it has begun to pay off for us. We've always known what we're capable of, and thought it was only a matter of time for things to come together. We show up each week with strong trucks, expecting to run up front and win races. There's no reason to think we can't win a couple of 'em yet this season."

Sauter is bullish on New Hampshire.

"I love the place," said Sauter, who started on the front row and finished in the top-10 in Nationwide Series competition at the track a few years ago. "I've always had solid runs at New Hampshire. With the characteristics of the track, having a truck that will turn well is key, and obviously brakes are important here. Hopefully, we can unload strong again, and be a contender for the win on Saturday."
