TRUCKS CHICAGO DEBUT: Friday night's NCWTS race will mark the series' first trip to Chicagoland Speedway, but three Tundra drivers have plenty of experience at the one-and-a-half-mile oval.
Mike Skinner, driver of the Randy Moss Motorsports No. 5 Tundra, has three Sprint Cup Series starts (2001-02 and 2009) at the track and one Nationwide Series start (2001).
Todd Bodine, driver of the Germain Racing No. 30 Tundra, has also made three Sprint Cup Series starts (2001-03), along with three Nationwide Series starts (2002-04), at the Joliet, Ill. circuit. Bodine started from the pole in both the Cup Series (2001) and Nationwide Series (2002) at Chicagoland.
Kyle Busch, who will pilot the Billy Ballew Motorsports No. 51 Tundra before heading north of the border to participate in the NNS event in Montreal, has both a NSCS pole and victory (2008) in five starts at Chicagoland, along with one NNS victory (2008) in six starts at the circuit.
