Blake Feese will make his return to NASCAR Saturday August 1, 2009 at
Nashville Superspeedway piloting the No. 15 Billy Ballew Motorsports NASCAR
Camping World Truck. The No. 15 Billy Ballew Motorsports team comes off a season's best finish of
third-place last weekend at O'Reilly Raceway Park with Aric Almirola piloting
the NASCAR Camping World truck.
The 27-year-old driver has one career NASCAR Camping World Truck Series start
driving for Billy Ballew Motorsports in 2005 where he finished in the 15th-place
position. Feese ran 13 events in the NASCAR Nationwide Series in 2004 and 2005.
The Billy Ballew Motorsports team will return to the Nashville Superspeedway
with eight prior starts at the track with a best finish of 11th-place posted in
2004 and 2005. Feese has two ARCA RE/MAX Series races to his credit at the
1.33-mile D-shaped oval, posting one win in 2004 and a ninth-place finish in
2007.
"I'm so excited to be back racing in the trucks this weekend at Nashville,"
Blake Feese said. "I made my first ever Camping World Truck Series start for
Billy Ballew in 2005. I've worked with Richie (Wauters, crew chief) before and I
couldn't be happier than to have this whole team believe in me to drive for them
this weekend. They have consistently fast, solid trucks every week and I'm ready
to jump right in. I've won in the ARCA (RE/MAX) Series and have a lot of laps
from testing over the years in Nashville so I feel pretty good going back to
that track. I have to thank Billy (Ballew) for the opportunity to drive the No.
15 Tundra this weekend and hopefully we'll bring home a solid finish Saturday."
