"I really love going to Texas," said McCumbee. "It's one of the races I look forward to all year long. We had a great run there in the fall race in '07. I started the race second, and I passed Skinner and Hornaday on the outside going down the backstretch with a couple to go. "We had a caution and that set up a green-white-checker finish. I spun the tires a little at the start and the driver behind me just flat ran me over and caused a big ole' wreck."
McCumbee achieved his first career top-ten at Texas Motor Speedway in the SS Green Light Racing's 08 Chevrolet in June 2006. In five CASCAR Camping World Truck Series starts on the mile and a half oval, he has two top-tens with an average finish of 12.8.
"We were good in this race last year," said McCumbee. "The truck wasn't perfect but we got a sixth place finish out of it. This week, we are going to bring the same truck we finished third at California, sixth at Atlanta and eighth at Kansas with. I feel the SS Green Light team has been working really hard on this truck and I think the guys have found a few things to make it better. I'm hoping to put on a good show for our friends at tiwi Friday night."
Team co-owner and Crew Chief Bobby Dotter is also confident about the team's chances this weekend. "I really want to thank the people from inthinc for coming on board with us for these races," said Dotter. "The guys in the SS Green Light shop have done a great job with this truck and I really feel this week should be our best chance to get up front and have a shot for a win."
Thirty-three drivers are on the preliminary entry list for the WinStar World Casino 400, which will be shown live on SPEED TV at 9:00 eastern on June 5th. It will also be broadcast live via radio worldwide on the Motor Racing Network (MRN) and on SIRIUS Satellite Radio NASCAR channel 128.

As Chad McCumbee and the No. 07 SS Green Light Racing team take to Texas Motor Speedway for this weekend's Windstar World Casino 400k with sponsor tiwi™ on board for the second-consecutive weekend, the secret is revealed.
The green dot placed in the upper right-hand corner of the windshield is inthinc inc.'s tiwi brand logo placed on the lap counter, which ensures accurate timing and scoring information for NASCAR. Although the logo is only apparent on the windshields in the Nationwide and Camping World Truck Series, the tiwi lap counter is also used by NASCAR in the Sprint Cup Series.
The same tiwi technology was utilized by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) in a recent independent driving safety study released May 7. The IIHS report, entitled 'In-vehicle Monitoring and the Driving Behavior of Teenagers,' concludes that equipping the cars teens drive with in-vehicle monitoring devices can help reduce risks. tiwi is the only technology on the market that meets all of the criteria outlined in the report.
