"We at Chris Fontaine Inc. are excited to help support awareness of Fragile X Syndrome and will be racing the #84 truck with FRAXA logos," Fontaine said.
Fragile X is the most common, inherited cause of mental impairment and the most common known cause of autism. Chris Fontaine Inc. will use our race truck and crew to help promote greater public awareness for the disease within the NASCAR racing community by partnering with FRAXA during the running of the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at the Dover International Speedway on Friday, May 29th.
FRAXA is the Fragile X Research Foundation located in Newburypoint, MA whose mission is to find effective treatments and a cure for all children and adults diagnosed with Fragile X. FRAXA has funded over $17 million in research.
"We at Chris Fontaine Inc. are honored to have the opportunity to work with FRAXA this season. NASCAR has the ability to reach so many people and affect such a vast number of lives, we hope with fans evolvement, to have a better understanding and find a cure for those affected by Fragile X Syndrome." - Chris Fontaine (Team Owner / Driver #84)
