BELL: Eager For Victory at Kansas

The O'Reilly Auto Parts 250 will mark TJ Bell's third Camping World Truck Series start at the 1.5 mile oval track at Kansas Speedway. The last time Bell competed in Kansas was in the spring of the 2007 season. Although Bell has only raced a total of 334 laps previously at Kansas Speedway, his strong on-track performances so far during the 2009 season prove him to be a sure contender for the win at the O'Reilly Auto Parts 250.

The Red Horse Racing #11 Toyota Tundra Team is ready to get back to the track after having a month off. Although TJ Bell and his team have been off the race track, they have been on the field, softball field that is, showing their impressive off-track athletic abilities joined alongside the #1 Red Horse Racing crew.

TJ Bell, having been the unfortunate victim of a late race accident at Martinsville Speedway, dropped from 8th to 13th position in points going into this Kansas race, but don't mistake his misfortunate for lack of performance. Bell has had some of the highest driver ratings so far this season. Together with crew chief Rick Gay, they hope to find continued success as he clicks his racing shoes together three times before he begins racing their way to victory in the "Land of Oz". He also will have the help of a proven chassis. Bell will pilot the same truck he finished fifth in at California.

Bell on racing at Kansas Speedway: "Most of all I can't wait to get back racing. It's been a long break. Kansas is a cool track. It's a track where you can't just hold it wide open you have to drive. We are taking the same truck that I had a top-five finish in California, so I am all around excited to get back behind the wheel of this #11 Toyota Tundra and drive my way to victory lane for my first Camping World Truck Series win."

Veteran Crew Chief Rick Gay on racing at Kansas Speedway: "I'm excited to get back to the track after a month off. We are taking chassis 93 that finished fifth at California earlier this year. All the guys have been working hard to get the #11 Tundra into victory lane. I definitely feel that as this season continues, the chances of winning a race are becoming stronger. Our communication and teamwork has improved each week and I believe the #11 team has what it takes to be in victory lane".

Equipment Information The No. 11 Red Horse Racing team will compete with chassis # 93 in the O'Reilly Auto Parts 250 at Kansas Speedway. This chassis is the same chassis that received a top-5 for the #11 team in California earlier this season. This will mark the second time Bell will compete with this chassis.

Additional Information TJ Bell was also busy during his off time as he continues his involvement as a spokesperson for Special Wish Foundation and Homes4theholidays.org. If you would like to find out more information on TJ's charity activities please contact Tanya Hall at thall@redhorseracing.net.
