Coming off an impressive first season, Premier Racing has high hopes for its sophomore season in the Camping World Truck Series in 2009. The team has been working non-stop on the new fleet of Toyota trucks since the checkered flag flew last November, and team owner Philip Hudgins believes it will show at Daytona, "I see how hard the guys in the shop have been working, and I am confident we can run up front this year."
Driver Timothy Peters echoes the statement of the owner, "I can't wait to get this Toyota Tundra on the track, and I promise you the fans will see a great show on Friday night." Peters added, "I have to say thank you to all of our sponsors who have stayed committed to us through these tough economic times. Hayes Iron and Metal, www.strutmasters.com and Toyota have been so supportive of our efforts, and without their support we would not be here this year."
The Nextra Energy Resources 250 from Daytona will be broadcast live on SPEED.
