DW TO JOIN SPEED TRUCK COVERAGE AT HOMESTEAD
NASCAR CAMPING WORLD TRUCK SERIES LOGO TO BE UNVEILED AT HOMESTEAD
SPEED will offer LIVE coverage, hosted by Steve Byrnes, of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Championship press conference from the Coral Gables Hyatt on Thursday at 1 p.m. ET.
Three-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion and 1989 Daytona 500 winner Darrell Waltrip will join the SPEED broadcast team for Champions Week in Homestead-Miami, adding his voice to the popular NASCAR Camping World Truck Series pre-race show, NCTS Setup with Krista Voda (Friday, 7:30 p.m. ET), as well as joining brother Michael in the booth with Rick Allen and Phil Parsons for race coverage of the title-deciding Truck race (Friday, 8 p.m. ET).
NASCAR and newly named title sponsor Camping World will unveil the official NASCAR Camping World Truck Series logo during SPEED's coverage of Truck qualifying from Homestead (Friday, 5 p.m. ET).
Camping World, active in NASCAR for several years, will take over title sponsorship of the Truck Series beginning next season in what was announced as a seven-year deal.
