Johnny Benson on racing at Homestead-Miami Speedway: "Homestead is
a pretty cool track for us. It kind of fits our style, fits the nature of Trip's
style, my driving style, and everybody on the team. It's a fun, race track. I've
always run good there in a Cup, Nationwide car and the trucks. It's pretty cool
to go to the track knowing you've got a good opportunity to run well."
"I'm going there with the same mindset as we did in Daytona unless it needs to
change during the race. If it needs to change a little, I'll deal with it then.
Right now, no mindset different than every race I've ever run this season."
"The Exide Batteries team's goal is to go win the race, I think we need to do
that. The goal is to try to win the race and do what we have to do to be
competitive depending on where the points are going into the race and the
developments during the race; we'd love to win it."
