This week's race truck for Texas Motor Speedway is Chassis No. 5-97.  This is will the first time Chassis No. 5-97 has seen competition this season.

The Open Road…  After Friday night's event, Mike and Angie Skinner will board their motor home and head to Sedona, Ariz., for a couple days of R & R before moving to Phoenix International Raceway for next weekend's event.

Nice Start…  In nine NASCAR Camping World Truck Series starts at Texas Motor Speedway, Skinner has only started worse than second one time.  The 51-year-old driver has an average start of 2.2, the best of the NCTS.

Listen and Watch … The Silverado 350K is scheduled to start at 9 p.m. EST Friday, Oct. 31.  It will broadcast live on Speed (TV), MRN (radio) and Sirius Satellite Radio (Ch. 128).
