HT Motorsports team owner Jim Harris announced that Terry Cook will complete the remainder of the 2008 season driving the team's No. 59 Team ASE/Harris Trucking Toyota Tundra.

"I have to thank Jim Harris, the people at Toyota Racing Development, and everyone at Team ASE for their support and for the opportunity," Cook said. "I can't wait to get back in the seat of the No. 59 truck and get back working with Danny Rollins and all those guys again. I drove for Jim last year and made a lot of friends up there and we've stayed in touch throughout the season. Things happened this week with the 60 truck and it looked pretty gloomy for me earlier in the week. But I think we have a great opportunity to finish out the season with some good runs. The immediate goal is to stay up in the top ten in the points and if a few things go our way we could get up as high as seventh."

"We're really happy to have Terry back with us to finish out the 2008 season," said team owner Jim Harris. "Terry is a great guy to have as a part of the team. He works well with the crew guys and is always a positive influence. We started to get things turned around over the second half of the season and we are going to do everything we can to help keep Terry in the top ten in the points."

Cook drove for the team in 2007 with one top-five and four top-10 finishes. He will rejoin the team for next weekend's Kroger 200 at Martinsville Speedway. Last year Cook led 108 of the race's 200 laps.

Cook currently sits tenth in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series championship standings. He drove for Wyler Racing in the 2008 season's first 20 events, scoring two top-five finishes and seven top-ten finishes. His best finish was fourth, twice, at California Speedway and Mansfield Motorsports Park. He holds the series record for most consecutive starts at 267, dating back to the first race of the 1998 season at Walt Disney World Speedway.

HT Motorsports started the season with 2005 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series champion Ted Musgrave at the wheel. Musgrave and the team parted company prior to the event at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, where Stacy Compton took over driving chores. Young phenom Joey Logano drove for the team last week at Talladega Superspeedway. The team currently sits 17th in the series owner's standings.
