As the 2008 season winds down and the "Chase" for the Sprint Cup heats up, NASCAR makes a return trip to Charlotte, N.C. for the fall races at Lowe's Motor Speedway.  In conjunction with the race week, Roush Fenway Racing will hold a fan appreciation day on Thursday, October 9 at the Roush Fenway Racing headquarters in Concord, N.C.  The high point of the day will be autograph and Q&A sessions with all the Roush Fenway Racing drivers and Jack Roush himself.

"On behalf of everyone at Roush Fenway Racing, we wanted to invite all the fans to come out and join us for a day of fun," said Torrey Galida, chief marketing officer of Roush Fenway Racing.  "Many of our sponsor partners will have displays set up and of course all our drivers and Jack will be here to tell the fans thank you for their support this year."

Roush Fenway Sprint Cup drivers, Matt Kenseth, Greg Biffle, Carl Edwards, Jamie McMurray and David Ragan, will be signing autographs on Thursday from 10:30 - 11:15 a.m. followed by a 15 minute Q&A session.

Jack Roush along with Travis Kvapil, Erik Darnell, Colin Braun and Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. will sign autographs from 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. followed by a 15 minute Q&A session as well.  One hundred tickets will be distributed at 8:00 a.m. Thursday morning for each autograph session on a first come, first serve basis.  The Q&A sessions are open to everyone and questions will be taken from the audience.

In addition to the above, fans will be able to donate blood to the Red Cross and peruse sponsor displays by CitiFinancial, DEWALT, Save-A-Lot, Office Depot, Dish, Crown Royal, Aflac, Sprint, Roush Industries and Ford Racing.  There will be give-a-ways by Gillette, and Ritz and Vitamin Water will be sampling.  Food and drink will also be available along with places for fans to sit and rest their feet before they tour the Roush Fenway Racing museum.  Sponsor displays and sampling will continue into Friday, October 10.
