Hornaday Hopes Third Time is the Charm at Talladega: Ron Hornaday will be making his third NASCAR Truck Series start at Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway this weekend in the Mountain Dew 250 Fueled by Winn Dixie. In two previous starts at the 2.66-mile superspeedway, Hornaday has recorded two top-10 finishes. He finished 10th in the inaugural running of the Mountain Dew 250 in 2006 and posted a seventh-place finish in last year's race. He has an average starting position of 15.5 and an average finish of 8.5.

One and All: If Ron Hornaday leads at least one lap in Saturday's race, he will have led at every track on the NASCAR Truck Series schedule.

Carmichael also recently won X Games gold medals in Moto X racing and step-up competition. As he attempts to make his mark on the world of Stock Car Racing, he currently sits seventh in the Camping World East Series points standings and has recorded one pole, three top-five and seven top-10 finishes driving for Ken Schrader Racing.
