CRAWFORD: Aiming for a Fifth Win at NHMS

The Circle Bar/Power Stroke Diesel by International team will utilize chassis CB-17 this weekend at NHMS. Chassis CB-17 has visited victory lane on two separate occasions: at ORP in 2006 and at Loudon in 2005. This is the same truck Crawford drove to an eighth-place finish last weekend at Gateway Int'l Raceway. It has also been raced earlier this year at ORP (12th), Memphis (4th), The Milwaukee Mile (8th), Mansfield Motorsports Park (13th) and Martinsville Speedway (3rd). Crawford scored his fourth career Craftsman Truck Series victory at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in 2005, winning from the fifth starting position (26 laps led). Crawford has completed the most laps of any driver in truck series competition at NHMS (2,093), and has been running at the finish in 10 of 11 races at the 1.058-mile oval. In the last four truck series races at NHMS, Crawford has accrued the second most points of any driver (574), just one fewer than Mike Skinner. Crawford has completed all but one lap of competition in the 17 races so far this year - 2876 laps out of a possible 2877 laps.With his eighth-place finish last weekend at Gateway Int'l Raceway, Crawford maintained his sixth-place standing in the driver points, and is 289 points out of the lead. In 289 career Craftsman Truck Series starts, Crawford has posted 146 top-10 finishes - a mark of 50.5%. In his truck series career, Crawford has been running at the finish of 262 races, the most of any driver in the series and a mark of 90.7%.
