Braun on racing at Nashville: "I'm looking forward to going to a track that I've already raced at this year. I ran the Nationwide race in Nashville in the spring and really had fun. It's a great track and it's a lot of fun for a driver. Since I'm already comfortable with the track, we will be able to spend our practice on Friday working on race set up and long runs. I learned in the first half of the season that it's actually more important to make the truck handle well rather than just making it go fast. Going fast for a few laps doesn't help you if the handling goes away 20 laps into a run. It's great for qualifying, but not a 200-mile race."
Crew chief Mike Beam on racing at Nashville: "I expect Colin to have a strong run in Nashville Saturday night. He ran there earlier this year in the Nationwide car so that gives him more experience there than most places we've been. I'm looking forward to the second half of the season since we'll be returning to a lot of tracks and he's learned a lot in the first 14 races. He's racing smarter and learning patience."
