The Circle Bar/Power Stroke Diesel by International team will utilize chassis CB-17 this weekend at ORP. Chassis CB-17 has visited victory lane on two separate occasions: at ORP in 2006 and at Loudon in 2005. It last saw action at Memphis, where Crawford finished fourth. It has also been raced earlier this year at The Milwaukee Mile (8th), Mansfield Motorsports Park (13th) and Martinsville Speedway (3rd).
Crawford scored his fifth career - and most recent - Craftsman Truck Series win at ORP in 2006.
In the last five truck series races at ORP, Crawford has accrued the most points of any driver (763).
With his 14th-place finish last weekend at Kentucky, Crawford advanced one spot to fourth in the driver point standings, and is 92 points out of the lead.
Crawford has completed all but one lap of competition in the 13 races so far this year -
2163 laps out of a possible 2164 laps.
Circle Bar Racing is hosting two interns this week as part of Craftsman's Urban Youth Racing School (UYRS). Fred Hill from Washington, D.C., is imbedded with Crawford's No. 14 Ford Power Stroke Diesel by International team this week.
In his truck series career, Crawford has been running at the finish of 258 races, the most of any driver in the series and a mark of 90.5%.
Crawford has logged over 48,000 miles in NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series competition, the most of any driver in the series.
Crawford will make his 286th start - extending a Series record - this weekend ORP. Crawford's impressive string of race starts began at the Walt Disney World Speedway on January 19, 1997.
Crawford's Thoughts on ORP: "We're taking the same truck that we won here with in 2006, and we're going to try to duplicate that performance at ORP this weekend. It's a big week for us with Ford Power Stroke by International sponsoring the race. I won the race here back in 2006, but now that we've got International as our sponsor, it would be extra-special to take their trophy home with us to North Carolina and put it on display."
