Donny Lia on Racing at Memphis: "I am looking forward to going to Memphis. We really have struggled these past few weeks so our goal this week is just to get back on track from where we left off at Mansfield - with a win. The best thing that could happen to our team this week is that we get a good solid finish, which will give us some much needed momentum heading into second half of the season."
Donny Lia's Goals for Memphis: "I really think that we have a solid shot at our second win of the season at Memphis. It's a three-quarter mile short track and I cut my teeth on the short tracks in the Northeast. We already proved that our short track program is second to none with our win at Mansfield so I feel confident heading into Memphis that we'll be able to run upfront and compete for the win."
Donny Lia on His Memphis Machine: "The truck we are taking to Memphis is the same truck we ran at Mansfield Motorsports Park in May and won with. We also raced it at Martinsville the end of March. It really did a great job for us there and I think it's only going to be better at Memphis. I am very comfortable in it and that is key."
TRG's Truck Choice for Memphis: Donny Lia's Crew Chief, Jason Miller, has selected TRG Motorsports' Chassis No. 74 for the 200-lap O'Reilly 200. This is the same truck that Lia won with at Mansfield Motorsports Park earlier this year. Prior to winning Mansfield, this truck was raced by the team at Martinsville Speedway where it finished 9th. "We' re taking the same truck that we won with at Mansfield," said Miller. "It underwent some body work after Mansfield, but should be a good piece for Saturday's O'Reilly 200."
Donny Lia's Raybestos Rookie Report: After last weekend's race at The Milwaukee Mile, Donny Lia is currently second in the Raybestos® Rookie of the Year standings. Lia entered the event 18 points behind leader Colin Braun and closed the gap to 16 points by the drop of the checkered flag.
