This week's race truck for the event at Memphis Motorsports Park is Chassis No. 5-118.  This is the same truck Mike Skinner drove to a 10th-place finish Friday night at The Milwaukee Mile.

BDR Birthday boys…  All three Bill Davis Racing Toyota Tundra drivers celebrate their birthday during the week of June 22. Skinner will celebrate his birthday Saturday, June 28.  He will join his two teammates for a birthday celebration in the infield media center at 4:30 p.m. CDT, Friday, June 27.

Skinner's got Speed…  In the last four races, Skinner has not started worse than third and has won two poles.  Skinner holds the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series record for poles (45). 

Mr. Consistency…  Skinner and the No. 5 Toyota Tundra team have posted more top-10 finishes in 2008 (nine) than any other team in the Craftsman Truck Series garage. 

BDR Powerhouse…  For the second time in as many weeks, all three Bill Davis Racing Toyota Tundra entries finished in the top 10 at The Milwaukee Mile.  It was the fourth time this season that all three entries have posted top-10 results.

Bill Davis Trucking…  Skinner and the No. 5 team will welcome members of Bill Davis Trucking to the race Saturday.  Bill Davis Trucking is located in Batesville, Ark., about 100 miles north of Memphis Motorsports Park.  The company is celebrating its 33rd anniversary in 2008.

Listen and watch … The O'Reilly 200 is scheduled to start at 9 p.m. EST Saturday, June 28.  It will broadcast on SPEED (TV),MRN (radio) and Sirius Satellite Radio (Ch. 128).

Mike Skinner on Racing at the Memphis Motorsports Park: "Memphis is a great place; they have a drag strip right there, and it's a really neat structure for the fans.  They are now doing the race at night, which cools off a little bit for everybody and the fans get to see a lot better race.  Hopefully, we can get there this year a gain two spots over last year."

"Just making it to this age and still being able to drive a race car is a huge accomplishment for me, and to be able to drive one competitively is even better yet.  I have made a lot of great memories from when I decided to come back to the Craftsman Truck Series on a full-time basis and then make the Sprint Cup Series a part-time deal.  It was a big decision for us, but it was a good decision.  We got hooked up with Bill and Gail Davis at Bill Davis Racing, got a top 10 our very first race, and we won a bunch of races, got a lot of poles, and led a bunch of laps."
