LALLY: Ready to Get Back to Racing at Martinsville

Andy Lally Takes Second at Sebring: While the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series enjoyed a two-week break between races, Andy Lally returned to his racing roots by competing in the prestigious 12 Hours of Sebring where he took home runner-up honors after leading much of the celebrated race.  Lally was part of a three-driver crew who drove the No. 20 Dyson Racing Porsche Spyder in the 12 hour endurance race.  The trio of Lally, Butch Leitzinger and Marino Franchitti finished second overall after leading twice. "I have never seen a more competitive Sebring race," said Lally.  "We fought hard the entire race and it was really cool to be able to lead overall at such a great race. The Dyson team did a great job all day." Only three cars finished on the lead lap, tying the race record.

Andy Lally on Racing at Martinsville: "I'm excited just to get back racing again.  The layoff has been too long. I'm especially excited about Martinsville because I feel like our team turned a corner here as far as working together and learning these trucks a little bit.  We had a very positive second day of testing at Martinsville and I've been chomping at the bit ever since to get back and drop the green and go racing."

Andy Lally on Testing: "For the first time as a team, TRG Motorsports had a truck in the wind tunnel a couple of weeks ago and we got to learn a lot there.  It's not something that we're going to be able to apply for Martinsville, but maybe we might have something for Kansas as far as an update or improvement."

The Crew Chief's Call: Chassis Selection: Andy Lally's Crew Chief, Butch Hylton, has selected TRG Motorsports' Chassis No. 36 for the 250-lap Kroger 250. This is the same truck that the team tested with at Martinsville on March 12th and 13th. It was purchased from Morgan Dollar Motorsports.

Andy Lally To Sign Autographs in Martinsville: Andy Lally and his teammate, 2007 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour Champion Donny Lia, will sign autographs for fans on Saturday, March 29th around 12:45 p.m. at Martinsville Speedway. The duo will sign autographs at the Craftsman Mobile Marketing Unit located outside of the front stretch at the .526-mile oval.
