Setzer will sport the No. 18 Melling Dodge during the second race of the season. He will pilot "Demon" this weekend at California. "Demon" was driven last season by Mike Bliss to a fourth place finish at Texas Motor Speedway. This will be the first time Setzer has driven this particular chassis.
The San Bernardino County 200 will air on FOX this weekend. It will be the third NCTS race to air on FOX in the last year. Famed short track Martinsville Speedway aired the first truck race on FOX last March and received rave reviews, scoring a 1.6 Nielson TV rating. It was the most watched NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event in 10 years.
A Look Back: Setzer's 10th place finish last Friday night was his best finish at Daytona since 2004. Setzer, along with teammate Stacy Compton, both finished in the top 10 in the 2008 opening event.
BHR Stronger with Engineering Support from Dodge: "I definitely think BHR's decision to move to Virginia has proven successful in two short months. Dodge stepped up its engineering program this season which has allowed us to spend a lot of time at the wind tunnel and shake rig during January and February before the season ever started. In the past BHR has struggled at intermediate tracks and they have spent the past year trying to figure out why. Over the winter we made some huge gains in the wind tunnel that I think has us headed in the right direction. Everyone has worked really hard to make this team a success and the team seems to be making great strides with the new personnel. After running like we did in Daytona I can't wait till we get to California."
