Germain Racing's Justin Marks won the pole for the ARCA 200 at Daytona International Speedway Thursday.
Marks paced the field with a top lap of 181.335. He will compete in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series as a rookie this season and plans to run at least two ARCA races with the Germain team.
"The big thing for this race, just because I'm new over there at Germain Racing and I'm still getting to know all the guys, is an experience and an opportunity for me to get one more race under my belt," he said. "When we go racing next Friday, to have a race here in Daytona fresh in my memory would be an advantage.
