| TRACK NEWS: NCTS Ticket Renewals at Mansfield On Sale Nov 1
10-30-2007 | TruckSeries.com Report
Ticket renewals for the Ohio 250 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Mansfield Motorsports Park will go on sale on Thursday November 1 thru Friday November 30. Fans have three means of purchasing tickets: at the track ticket office, by calling the track ticket office, or through the track's website. "We certainly encourage people to stop by the ticket office or give us a call, but we think the easiest way will be to go online to www.mansfieldmotorsportsonline.com and make their ticket purchase over the Internet," said track owner Michael Dzurilla. "There are no lines and no busy signals that way. It's a safe and secure way to make your ticket purchase and you can do it in the comfort of your home or office." Non-renewal ticket sales will start on December 1. "We've already had a lot of calls from people wanting to buy tickets for their loved ones as a holiday gift," Dzurilla said. "There are a lot of people patiently waiting for the renewal period to end. We do expect a lot of our ticket holders from 2007 to come back again in 2008 but that's not to say there won't be good seats still available on December 1. There truly isn't a bad seat in the house at Mansfield Motorsports Park. Each grandstand offers a completely unobstructed view of the track and some of the most unique views of the action come from our stands in turns one and two and down the backstretch." All ticket prices for the Ohio 250 remain steady with 2007 prices. Frontstretch reserved seats start at $45 with VIP frontstretch seats at $55. Reserved seats in turns one and two and down the backstretch are $40. General admission hillside seating in turns three and four remains $35. The track ticket office, located at 100 Crall Road, will open for sales at 8 A.M. on Thursday morning. Those wishing to make ticket purchases over the phone can reach the ticket office at (419) 525-RACE (7223) after 8 A.M. on Thursday. Practice and qualifying runs for the Ohio 250 are scheduled for Friday May 23, 2008. The fifth annual Ohio 250 for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series is slated for Saturday May 24, 2008.
