Notes: This is the second straight race at Talladega Superspeedway that teams in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series will run this specific combination of left- and right-side tires. Talladega is the only track at which this tire setup is run by truck series teams, mainly because the Nextel Cup cars are running the "Car of Tomorrow" this weekend, Craftsman Truck teams are running a distinct tire setup. As on all NASCAR ovals greater than one mile in length, teams are required to run inner liners in all four tire positions at Talladega. Air pressure in those inner liners should be 12-25 psi greater than that of the outer tire.
