Talk about your day from practice to qualifying.
"We had a really good day. This is one of our best Ford F-150s; we won Michigan and Nashville with it. We always feel like we've got a good race package when we come to this type of track. This was my first time on this configuration, so it was a little new to me off the truck. But luckily the guys gave me a great piece. We tuned on it all day and got good speed out of it. I wasn't real surprised with my qualifying lap. I knew the truck was good and secure and had a lot of speed. I'm happy with it. We just need to keep it near the front, out of trouble and we'll have a good night."

The temperature has changed from this morning practice and it will be a little cooler for the race, how will that affect your truck? "I don't know. Not having any notebooks here for me, I think they ran a rookie driver last year and they kind of struggled. It's hard to really say. Typically, our stuff will free up and turns a little better. But we've got plenty of adjustment in our truck, so we'll be fine."
