SPEED: Englehart Joins SPEED Media Relations TeamSPEED has contracted the assistance of veteran NASCAR public relations manager Megan Englehart, beginning this month.

Englehart, who served as Manager of Communication for Richard Childress Racing, account manager for SABCO Racing and as a public relations representative at Cotter Group, representing the Lowe's Home Improvement race team, will now support NASCAR on SPEED programming and personalities, focusing on NASCAR RaceDay and other popular SPEED programs, including NASCAR Victory Lane, Trackside, NASCAR Live!, Tradin' Paint, NASCAR Performance, Inside Nextel Cup, NCTS Setup and The Chase is On.

In addition to her history with some of the top NASCAR race teams, Englehart also has experience in the television industry, working as an assignment editor, national feed producer and weekend writer/producer for multiple networks.

"Adding Megan to the SPEED Media Relations team gives me a great deal of confidence in the network's added ability to serve the NASCAR media community," said SPEED VP of Media Relations Erik Arneson. "Megan's skill and experience give the network another credible voice in a very competitive industry."

Englehart graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in Journalism.
