Arrington Engines, nationally renowned builder and researcher for Dodge NASCAR engines and 3-time Dodge Manufacturing Award winner, is now sharing its expertise by offering performance-enhanced HEMI engines and customized automotive parts to public in the automotive aftermarket.

The Martinsville, Virginia based company with over 30 years of racing experience now offers street-legal HEMI engines, producing up to 600 horsepower using NASCAR-proven technology and assembly. Engines such as a new HEMI 426 are available on Arrington's new e-commerce site, www.arringtonengines.com, and will also be available at various car shows starting with the All-Chrysler Nationals in Carlisle, PA, July 6th through the 9th. Event website at http://www.carsatcarlisle.com/chrysler/.

"We use our racing experience and data to develop custom engines and aftermarket parts at the leading edge of technological innovation. NASCAR remains our number one priority, but we believe the automotive aftermarket will become a significant portion of our business," said Joey Arrington, CEO of Arrington Engines.

The arringtonengines.com Website is dynamic, tech-rich, and extremely user-friendly to keep automotive enthusiasts informed and entertained. In addition to engine installation instructions, dyno performance charts, and videos, there is a discussion forum where customers can interact with Arrington's NASCAR experienced engineers. "The new site provides outstanding functionality and a wealth of information for the consumer," states Kim Pendergast, head of business development for Arrington. "As we expand our business to include additional customized parts and products, this Website will become our most valuable marketing tool."

At this season's car shows Arrington will bring an impressive array of track-proven parts, engines, and show cars to display and sell to the car enthusiast, including an engine running on a stand, and its unique1971 Plymouth Barracuda with a modern, carbureted, 426 HEMI engine. In order to complete and sell all engines with premium and affordable parts, Arrington has partnered with automotive leaders such as: Mopar, Fuel Air Spark Technology, MSG, K-1, and more.

Arrington Engines was established in 1989 by Joey Arrington, son of legendary racer Buddy Arrington, to build high performance cars for NASCAR, NHRA, IHRA, ARCA and Trans-Am racers. In 2000, Arrington Manufacturing (AMI) was formed to build a 100,000 sq. foot facility to house the finest race engine development, manufacturing and testing program of the time.

Arrington is a key research and development arm of the Dodge Motorsports division and the winner of the Dodge Manufacturing Award in 2001, 2003, and 2004.
