Brevak Racing will make their way home as the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series sets its sights on the Toyota Tundra Milwaukee 200 this Friday night, under the lights, at the legendary Milwaukee Mile.
Behind the wheel of the No. 31 Dodge will be Wisconsin short-track ace Brad Mueller, of Random Lake, WI. Mueller, who piloted an entry for Bob and Shelly Brevak in 2001 at Milwaukee, will get back to racing in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, looking to continue his past success at Milwaukee.
"Brad (Mueller) is someone who has certainly proved himself on the tracks of Wisconsin," said Shelly Brevak. "He's a driver that will get up on the wheel as well as maintain a level head. We've known Brad for some time and we are confident in his abilities to get the job done for us here at Milwaukee," finished Brevak.
Brad Mueller finished 15th at Milwaukee for Brevak Racing in 2001 and ran amongst the top-twenty from the drop of the green flag.
Team owners Bob and Shelly Brevak would like to see their No. 31 Dodge in the top ten at the drop of the checkered this weekend, but know that making the show is the first priority for the weekend.
"It's our goal to post a top ten finish for our Brevak Racing team, however, getting in the show is our first goal. We'll shake the truck down in practice and make sure we can give Brad (Mueller) the best truck we can to put this No. 31 in the show," said Brevak.
The No. 31 Dodge will be backed Cedar Creek Motorsports, along with the Metro Milwaukee Auto Auction and Suburban Accents (SAFX.com) this weekend at Milwaukee. Brevak Racing is proud to have their supporters on board and look forward to getting on track with them in the new season.
Thirty-five trucks are scheduled to qualify for the Toyota Tundra Milwaukee 200 on Friday afternoon; and if all remains the No. 31 Brevak Racing entry will make their first start of the 2007 season when the sun goes down on the legendary mile.
In four NASCAR Camping World Truck Series starts Brad Mueller has come home unscathed; earning the respect of his fellow competitors and proving he has earned a place in the NASCAR community.
Brevak Racing is actively seeking sponsorship for various events of the 2007 season, along with the Milwaukee event.
