Last week's winner, Todd Bodine, finished seventh in the No. 30 Lumber Liquidators Tundra. Defending race winner, Johnny Benson, finished ninth in the No. 23 Toyota Certified Used Vehicles Tundra.

Terry Cook made his 250th career NCTS start today from the 18th starting position and finished 11th in the No. 59 Harris Trucking Tundra.

Toyota earned their first NCTS win at Michigan International Speedway (July 31, 2004) in their 13th start of their first season of competition.

Tundras have started on the pole in eight of the ten races in 2007. Along with Skinner's six poles, Sprague won the pole at Daytona and Bodine won the pole last week at Texas. Bodine's pole marked the 40th pole for a Tundra in NCTS competition since 2004.

Mike Skinner, No. 5 Toyota Tundra, Bill Davis Racing: Finished: 4th
How was your race today? "I guess it was an exciting day -- not really my style of racing, but that's okay because we had a good day today. The Tundra ran good and the motor was awesome. We got a little tight there at the end and we were a little loose in the gas. I wasn't sure if it was a loose mechanical or aero or really what it was. We kept trying to tighten it up through the day and then we crossed the fence there at the end and we were just too tight right there at the end. But it was a good day for us in the points and that's what needs to be focused on."

Did you have anything for the leaders there at the end? "You've got a couple guys there at the front that have everything to gain and nothing to lose. I'm out there points racing and I'm supposed to be learning how to points race. I couldn't take some of the chances that they were taking -- I had to run a smart race and that's what I tried to do. We needed to get out of here with what we could and there at one point I really thought we were going to be okay, but this is one of those tracks where the leader can be a sitting duck."

Ted Musgrave, No. 9 Team ASE Toyota Tundra, Germain Racing: Finished: 5th
How was your truck today? "We had a decent run and we're working at it with top-fives and top-10s. That's what we need to do each week. The truck was pretty tight there at the end and the track cooled off. We couldn't really give up the track position there toward to the end to come to pit road and make any more adjustments, so we just had to ride it out on the track. I was trying different grooves and things, but there was really nothing I could do to compensate. I wish the sun would have come back out -- I think then we would have been all right."

Would you have had anything for the leaders with one more restart? "I don't think so because we were just too tight. I had a chance there on that last caution, but all the trucks were just too equal. If I would have been out front with clean air on the front of the truck it might have been a different story, but that's all we could do today with the way we were set-up."

Johnny Benson, No. 23 Toyota Certified Used Vehicles Toyota Tundra, Bill Davis Racing: Finished: 9th
What happened that put you at the back of the field on one of the last restarts? "We had a couple issues today and we just couldn't overcome them. We came to pit road and then we had to come back in because we didn't get the truck full of fuel. And running this many green flag laps at a track this big, you have to make sure you have enough fuel. We had to come from the back and it was late in the race when we did it and that just made for a long day. We were able to come back up to ninth and I don't think we had enough to get to a top-five so we'll take that and head to the next one."

How was your truck handling today? "I was very loose and I was wearing my right-rear tire out. It was blistering and coming apart a little bit and I was probably running it a little harder than I needed to, but I was trying to come from the back at the time. There were some pretty hard-fought battles back there with a lot of guys and it just seemed like I never picked the right lane. It just wasn't our day."

Terry Cook, No. 59 Harris Trucking Toyota Tundra, Harris Motorsports: Finished: 11th
How was your truck today? "We were extremely loose on the first two runs, but this team never gave up. We tried some things to tighten the truck up on those pit stops and everything they did to the truck seemed to make it better. We never quite got it right where we needed it and for some reason we could never get the truck very good on the restarts. I don't know if it was our tire pressures or what, but it would take us a while to really get going. It seemed like at the end of every run we were passing people back that had passed us early in the run. There at the end we were turning some really good lap times and I thought we were going to get into the top-10, but we just ran out of laps. I was pushing the right-front tire off the truck there at the end of the race. We came from 26th up to 11th there on that last stretch and I'm really proud of that. We just never give up and this team is growing weekly. We're not happy with a top-20 or top-15 finish, we need top-10s and that's what we're working at. Hopefully we can get a top-five or even snatch a win by the end of the season."

How special was it to make your 250th career NCTS start at Michigan International Speedway? "It was real cool to come to my home track where I grew up watching the legends race when I was a kid and getting to make my 250th start here was real special. I've got a special place in my heart for Michigan International Speedway because this is the track where I went on my first date with my wife and where I proposed to her. There's just a lot of special memories here at Michigan and it was really special to make this start right here."
