Universal Records recording artists Saving Jane, whose single "Girl Next Door" reached No. 31 on the Billboard charts, will perform throughout the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Ohio 250 weekend at Mansfield Motorsports Park. Shortly after the conclusion of track activities on Graham Auto Mall Pole Day, the band will play a short set in the campground located off the backstretch of the speedway with a longer set planned after the conclusion of the race on Saturday. The tentative time slated for the opening of the race day set is 4 P.M., again in the campground off the backstretch.
Band members Marti Dodson, Pat Buzzard, Dak Goodman, Jeremy Martin, Joe Cochran, and Mike Ungar will all be present for the weekend's activity.
In addition to the two performances, the band will also perform the Star Spangled Banner during pre-race ceremonies.
"We are ecstatic to have Saving Jane with us for our biggest race weekend of the year," said Mansfield Motorsports Park owner Michael Dzurilla. "We really enjoy putting the state of Ohio in the motorsports spotlight during Memorial Day weekend, and we are proud to have one of Ohio's best musical talents performing for us over the weekend."
