Aaron Fike was the Raybestos Rookie of the Race in the April 28 O'Reilly Auto Parts 250 at Kansas Speedway. Fike scored an eighth-place finish, his second top-10 finish of the season and second consecutive. Fike took Raybestos Rookie of the Race honors for the third time this season, all coming in the last four races.
Fike leads Willie Allen by 17 points (59-42) in the Raybestos Rookie standings entering the May 18 Quaker Steak and Lube 200 at Lowe's (Concord, N.C.) Motor Speedway.
Fike is 11th in the Craftsman Truck Series championship standings, best of any Raybestos Rookie. He is seven points behind 10th-place Erik Darnell.
Aric Almirola was the Raybestos Rookie of the Race in the 2006 Quaker Steak and Lube 200, scoring a ninth-place finish. Almirola scored the best finish by a Raybestos Rookie in four Craftsman Truck Series races at Lowe's Motor Speedway.
Only one other Raybestos Rookie has scored a top-10 at Lowe's Motor Speedway: Erik Darnell, who placed 10th in 2006.
