In a 167-lap race that featured very long green-flag runs, Todd Bodine, driver of the #30 Lumber Liquidators Tundra, drove a truck that was good enough for a win. He finished seventh in Saturday evening's O'Reilly's Auto Parts 250 at Kansas Speedway as Eric Darnell took the victory.

"At the end of the race, we had the fastest truck on the track," said Bodine. "We made some changes to the Lumber Liquidators Tundra before qualifying that made the truck very loose, but we were able to work on it through the race. We just needed some track position. We came out with a seventh place finish - we lost a few points to the leader, but it's a long season. We had a good race today."

Bodine had some trouble on pit road, but nothing that moved him out of eyesight of the top ten - that after qualifying 23rd for the race.

"We just didn't get enough fuel in our Lumber Liquidators Tundra during our green flag pit stop," said crew chief Mike Hillman, Jr. "We brought Todd back to pit road for some adjustments and it seemed to help the truck."

During Bodine's travels around Kansas Speedway in Saturday evening's race, he made a mistake that he was able to grin about after the race, and pulled off a fantastic save that made the rest of his team very proud of their champion driver.

"I was passing the 15 and the 10 got up behind me really close - it just got me loose and almost turned me around," said Bodine, who earlier had made an unexpected trip to the outside wall, brushing it slightly, then, late in the race, made the terrific save. "Sometimes you just get lucky, and I got lucky today (with that save.)."
