Mike Skinner leads the Craftsman Truck Series point hunt following Kansas with 905 points. 2006 Champion Todd Bodine is second (-108). Fellow Tundra races Jack Sprague (fifth, -171), Ted Musgrave (sixth, -178) and Johnny Benson (seventh, -202) place five Toyota Tundras in the top-10 in NCTS driver points. Tundras have won the first four races of the 2007 season, with Jack Sprague winning at Daytona and Mike Skinner taking winning the last three consecutive events (California, Atlanta and Martinsville).

How was your race? "It's a great day for the Con-Way Freight Toyota. I'd like to thank TRD, Tony Furr (Crew Chief) and all the guys, they brought me great stuff again. It would take me a little bit to get going on the restarts and I needed the long green runs, so I wish I had about two more laps there. I don't know that I had anything for the 99. Tony said we were a little bit faster at the end. It would just take me so long to roll. The guys did a great job."

How did that green flag pit stop propel you to the front of the field? "That pit stop was really cool wasn't it! We had a really good green flag pit stop and that put us into the lead. Then unfortunately we came in second behind Erik (Darnell) and a lug nut hung in the socket and we went out fourth or fifth. That's going to happen. I got two good ones. It may not have affected the outcome because he took off so fast and I couldn't run with him the first 20 laps I think the fastest truck won."

What do you think about the manifold adjustment that NASCAR mandated in the Truck Series? "I had a pretty good motor. I don't think I could tell that there was any difference at all. TRD gives us a great motor every weekend. I was not hurting against anyone down the straightaway. I don't think it was a huge number, I don't even know the difference, it might have been seven or eight horsepower. My motor ran really strong, I could tell a difference at all."

Johnny Benson, No. 23 360 OTC Tundra, Bill Davis Racing: Finishing position: 4th
How would you rate your race today? "It was an okay day, I mean we ended up okay. I can't say it was a great day. I didn't like how we handled; we fought it a little bit. I'm not whining, I just saying that's what we had. I really felt like we were a 10th place truck and just ended up fourth. Sometimes you can run quick. It was a little inconsistent. From one set of tires to the next you didn't know what you were getting. The first set was really good, the second set was like a different make and the third set we slid around, but everyone else was sliding around, too. All in all we ended up okay."

Mike Skinner, No. 5 Toyota Tundra, Bill Davis Racing: Finishing position: 5th
How was your race today? "I really don't know what happened there -- at the start our truck was awesome. We made a small little adjustment and we were 50-degrees loose after that and we had a bad pit stop back there and we never recovered. With this deal you just have to stay on top of your game. It's a little bit disappointing because I thought we had the truck to beat. We got out of wack a little bit, got a weird set of tires. I'm real proud of Jeff Hensley (Crew Chief) and this race team. We came here to run in the top-10 and we got a top-five."

Todd Bodine, No. 30 Lumber Liquidators Tundra, Germain Racing: Finishing position: 7th
How would you rate your race today? "We were just too loose. We needed that second practice because we made some adjustments in between those two practices. We didn't get to run them but we went with them and the truck was just too loose. We got better as the race went and at the end we were actually the fastest truck out there, we just needed more time. It was perseverance, that's our motto - never give up."

Aaron Fike, No. 1 Red Horse Racing Tundra, Red Horse Racing: Finishing position: 8th

Terry Cook, No. 59 HT Motorsports Tundra, HT Motorsports: Finishing position: 9th
How would you characterize your race today? "It was a total team effort. To bring a brand new truck here, we had some small issues in practice. When we started the race we only had seven laps total on the truck but we were able to come out of here with a top-10 finish. Crew Chief Danny Rollins made a great call with some pit strategy. We weren't as good at the drop of the green as we would have liked to have been so we pitted on that first caution at lap 20. That allowed us to stay out and catch a lot of the trucks a lap down. Some good race strategy and we kept working on the truck to get it competitive with the rest of the pack."

Is your team on an upward swing this season? "The key was when we started talking during the off-season to get this HT Motorsports team to get it where we needed to be a work in progress. When we got in Daytona we had a great run going there with a great qualifying effort and got involved in a wreck. I won't give you a replay of the first four races, but there is a little bit of a progression each and every week. Hopefully this is the first of many top-10s to come. We are coming into a lot of the tracks I like and traditionally in my past have run well at and Danny Rollins, my crew chief the same. When you have the resources of TRD behind you we can't help but move this HT Motorsports to the front."
