Inaugural NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series champion and current Craftsman Truck Series points leader Mike Skinner sat down at Daytona International Speedway for the latest edition of "Two Minutes With" and had a candid conversation about everything from street cars, to pets to what he watches on television.

In a special "2 Minutes With ..." a feature found at DaytonaInternationalSpeedway.com, race fans can find out Skinner's favorite junk food, what he spends his money on and much, much more. But as far as his worst hotel experience, it was so bad that he can't even answer on camera.

"2 Minutes With ..." goes behind the scenes each month to reveal information even the most rabid race fanatics might not know. Fans can watch video clips of motorsports stars that visit the "World Center of Racing" who sit down with the DIS staff in the special segment.

Among the drivers and riders that have sat down for "Two Minutes With" segments include IndyCar Series stars Helio Castroneves, Tony Kanaan and Dario Franchitti, Craftsman Truck Series driver Brendan Gaughan, Daytona 500 winner Kevin Harvick, five-time Rolex 24 champion Hurley Haywood and Daytona 200 By Honda motorcycle champions Miguel Duhamel and Jake Zemke.
