Mansfield Motorsports Park President Mize ResignsMansfield Motorsports Park president and general manager Chris Mize has resigned effective immediately. Mize served as the track's president and general manager since 2004, and oversaw the last two NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races at the half-mile Ohio oval. His replacement has not been named.

"It was a real honor working at Mansfield for the past few years," Mize said. "I enjoyed every aspect of it, and really enjoyed working with NASCAR officials and teams during the Truck Series race weekends. I made a lot of friends with a lot of the people in the series, and I hope somewhere down the line our paths cross again."

Mize will assume general manager duties of the oval track at South Georgia Motorsports Park.

"South Georgia is a popular place for NASCAR Cup teams to come and test," Mize said. "We aren't on the Truck Series schedule, so hopefully some of the teams will decide to come test there and I can maintain some of those friendships I've made over the years."

The Ohio 250 at Mansfield Motorsports Park is scheduled for May 24 and 25. It will mark the fourth time the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series has competed at the facility since its debut event in 2004.
