Kansas Speedway will host a business fair on May 9 and 23 at the Hilton/Jack Reardon Center (5th and Minnesota Ave) in Kansas City, KS.

The Kansas Speedway Partners in Business "Moving Forward by Giving Back" will instruct business owners in "concerned areas of interest" as it pertains to the growth of their businesses. Individual classes are limited to 15 people per session and the sessions include: Relationship Building and Networking hosted by Sterling Sanford of Walton Construction; Specialty Areas by Marvin Carolina, JE Dunn Construction; Contract Types, Risk Management and Business Plans by Andy Heitmann and Josh Jones of Turner Construction; MidAmerica Minority Business Development Council/Business Enterprise Certification by Lonnie Scott and Ronnie Hopkins; Business Enterprise Certification by Rhonda Harris of the State of Kansas; Local Contracting/Processes by Jason Banks of the Unified Government; Business and Community Partnerships by Christal Watson of the Kansas City, KS School District #500; and In the Beginning by Carol Taylor, owner of "A Clean Slate".

Kansas Speedway's seventh season of racing kicks off the weekend of April 27 with the IndyCar Series Kansas Lottery 300, NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series O'Reilly Auto Parts 250 and the ARCA Re/Max Series Kansas Lottery $150 Grand.

Season tickets for the 2007 season are on sale now and include five great races - the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Kansas 400 (Sept. 30), the NASCAR Busch Series Yellow Transportation 300 and USAC kansasspeedway.com 100 (Sept. 29), the IndyCar Series Kansas Lottery Indy 300 (April 29) and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series O'Reilly Auto Parts 200 (April 28). Parking is always free at Kansas Speedway and fans may bring 6x6x12-inch soft-sided coolers with their favorite food and beverage into the grandstands.
