| Three Dover Motorsports, Inc. Tracks to Offer New Fan Culinary Experience

Ovations Food Services, the full-service food and beverage concessions and catering subsidiary of Philadelphia-based sports and entertainment firm Comcast-Spectacor, has been selected by Dover Motorsports, Inc. to provide all food and beverage concession sales at the company's three Midwest motorsports facilities, which include Gateway International Raceway near St. Louis, Memphis Motorsports Park in Memphis, and Nashville Superspeedway near Nashville. "We are constantly looking for ways to enhance the fan experience at our tracks, and are confident that the addition of Ovations Food Services will add to the overall experience for our guests. Ovations Food Services has an outstanding reputation for their high-level of customer service, and they will work to take our food and beverage sales and presentations to a new level," said Denis McGlynn, President and CEO for Dover Motorsports, Inc. "As we continue to grow Ovations Food Services into the premiere provider of food and beverage concessions at public assembly facilities, landing these three new accounts at Gateway International Raceway, Memphis Motorsports Park and Nashville Superspeedway is a big step for us," said Ovations Food Services President Ken Young. Ovations Food Services, based in Lutz, Fla., recently took-over all food and beverage concessions for Alltel Stadium in Jacksonville, Fla., home of the National Football League's Jaguars. The company was recently selected into the 2006 Hall of Fame Honorees from Venues Today, a national magazine covering public assembly facility management, for their accomplishments at Alltel Stadium. Ovations Food Services provides their specialty food and beverages services to 52 different accounts in 20 states and one in Canada, including the Nashville Convention Center in Nashville, TN; Saint Louis University's new convocation center in St. Louis, MO; and Red Birds Stadium in Memphis, TN. "Having offices already in St. Louis, Memphis and Nashville enables us to further provide for our clients and customers," added Young.
