Rick Crawford led twice for 87 laps to earn WIX Filters Lap Leader of the Race honors in the Power Stroke Diesel 200 at O'Reilly Raceway Park at Indianapolis. Crawford took the honor for the first time in 2006. He is the ninth different driver to win WIX Filters Lap Leader of the Race this season.
- Crawford is UNOFFICIALLY third in Craftsman Truck Series championship standings, 187 behind leader Todd Bodine and five behind second-place Johnny Benson. He gained four positions in the standings with his victory.
- Crawford scored his first win of the 2006 season and first since September 2005 at New Hampshire International Speedway. The win was his fifth career Craftsman Truck Series victory.
- Crawford's victory was his fourth top-five and 10th top-10 finish in 15 races this season.
- Crawford Quotes: "WIX Filters has been a supporter of Circle Bar Truck Corral racing for I believe five years now. That's the only filter that we've ever had on the truck under the air cleaner. It was very smooth tonight for that Roush-Yates motor to be breathing fresh air. Tonight was the first night the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series has been in unleaded fuel and needed some very efficient air to breathe because you have to mix the right air with the right fuel and let that Roush-Yates engine perform to its full capacity. And it did: victory lane."
