Johnnny Benson showed his driving experience and patience, as he won the largest cash prize ever paid out at Kalamazoo Speedway. There were 71 Outlaw Super Lates entered to qualify, all trying to take home a piece of the $87,000 purse, but it was Benson who took home the $25,000 top prize, plus the 1/2 way bonus of $1000. Kalamazoo Speedway sends special thanks out to dozens of people who went an extra mile, to put on one of the best race programs in the midwest.
