Dennis Setzer, No. 85 E85 FlexFuel Silverado, 12th in Final Practice: "We were a little loose getting in to turn three which we haven't seen here before. We have a different tire here this weekend so we are working to get our Silverado around them. We are making some gains on it but it seems like the race pace got a little better for us at the end of final practice.

"I think it will still be two stops for fuel even though someone might try and make it only one stop for tires. I would say probably not though because tires are pretty here. You will probably make an early stop and then come in a quickly as possible right after half way for your final stop. Fuel is right on the edge. I don't think you can make it on one stop, some people have made it before but you have to have a perfect deal there under green.

Matt Crafton, No. 88 Menards/Energizer Silverado, 9th in Final Practice: "I am not as happy as I could be with it. I think right now we have a top-10 truck, but there are other trucks that are definitely a little bit better than us on cold tires. We have thrown everything we can to try to get it down in the corners. We are just fighting really tight right now. We will make a few changes for the race tomorrow, roll the dice and see what we come up with it.

Aric Almirola, No. 75 Spears Manufacturing Silverado, 32nd in Final Practice: "We didn't make a qualifying run in final practice. We are decent on old tires, we aren't as good as we can be but we are decent. Practice doesn't show a whole lot because we didn't make the qualifying run. As big as this place is, putting a lot of tape on the nose making a qualifying run, you can pick up a lot of speed. I think we will be ok. We are trying a new set up this week which is a little different that what we have been running and we don't have all the pieces quite figured out yet. The guys are working really hard on this Spears team to get our Silverado up to speed.

Kraig Kinser, No. 46 U.S. Army Silverado, 4th in Final Practice: "We picked up a ton of speed on our qualifying run. I really felt comfortable in the truck. We spent the first practice just getting used to the differences in the truck here at Michigan because I have raced here before in an ARCA car. I think we will be pretty solid in the race tomorrow, just have to stay out of trouble and finish all the laps of the race."
