"We were able to break out of our slump and come away with a seventh place finish here at Texas," said Musgrave. "This group of guys battled back with me all race long. We were off in practice and qualifying, but Tom and the guys dug down deep to get this Team ASE Germain Toyota Tundra running better. Our seventh place finish is a big boost for us, coming off a two-race slump. This finish gives us some momentum to build off. We are still second in the points chase and we are far from being out of championship hunt."
Musgrave is now 115 points behind teammate, Todd Bodine in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series driver point's standing.
