Kyle Busch made history last May when he became the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series' youngest winner at 20 years, 18 days of age after taking the victory in the Quaker Steak and Lube 200 at Lowe's Motor Speedway. Busch returns this Friday night to defend his victory and make his first series start this season in the No. 51 National Land Liquidators/B & G General Store/Manheim Central Fla. Auto Auction/Manheim's Orange Co. Auto Auctions Chevrolet. He'll once again be driving for Billy Ballew Motorsports, the team he visited victory lane with in 2005.

"I'm just really excited to get back into the truck series for the first time this year with Billy Ballew Motorsports," said Busch. "It's the place where I got my first truck series win and I always tend to run well at Lowe's. It will be some fun and also will be good to get some more track time on the new pavement to prepare for the weekend of the '600'. Billy Ballew is one of my favorite people to work with and it's just a great opportunity for me to get back behind the wheel of a Craftsman truck - it's a great team."

Although Busch is excited to just be able to compete in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series once again, he has set some goals entering Friday night's race. "Our number one goal is to repeat the win, of course, but we will have to see how that all shakes out," Busch explains. "Todd Bodine, Ted Musgrave and Mark Martin have been running incredibly strong so it will definitely be a challenge to go out there and win the race. We need to make sure that our No. 51 National Land Liquidators/B & G General Store/Manheim Central Fla. Auto Auction/Manheim's Orange Co. Auto Auctions Chevrolet truck handles as best it can."

Busch will be one of the few drivers that has tested on the new pavement at Lowe's Motor Speedway prior to the optional test day on Thursday. Since he competes full-time in the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series, Busch tested on the newly-paved facility a couple weeks ago. Although he and the team still have the notes from 2005's victory, with the new paving job, the set-up for the No. 51 Chevy will change greatly.

"The new surface on Lowe's Motor Speedway is really good," Busch explains. "It's got a great new pavement job and the only thing that will be difficult is the tires will be very hard and not produce much wear. There won't be a whole lot of rubber placed down on the track and I see grip being a problem. We're all going to be on the same tires so the team who makes the best adjustments will be the winner. Our notes will change but we have that open test day on Thursday and have two trucks that are completely different from each other and we will go from there."
