Best Qualifying Effort of Season and Eleventh-Place Finish Keep No. 85 Team 11th in Overall Standings

The John Deere 200 marked the third race of the 2006 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season, and first for Shell ROTELLA® T as primary sponsor of the No. 85 Morgan-Dollar Motorsports Chevrolet Silverado. Atlanta Motor Speedway was the site of Setzer's first top-five finish of the 2005 season, and first top-five qualifying effort of 2006. Setzer put the No. 85 Silverado solidly in the field with a fourth place qualifying effort. However, going from daytime practice and qualifying setups to nighttime race setups can be quite a gamble.

Right from the start of the race Setzer's No. 85 Shell ROTELLA® T was a bit too free and he fell back to tenth position on the initial green flag run. When the first caution flag flew, the team decided to pit and make adjustments to the truck. Setzer would restart 10th and the truck initially drove better, but the team again prepared for more adjustments on the second pit stop.

"We were really loose at the beginning of the race," said Setzer. Eric (Crew Chief) and the guys made some adjustments on the first two stops and we were a lot better in the end but still just too free on the longer runs. We had some good pit stops tonight, but just ran out of tires on the longer runs and especially there near the end." Setzer was able to move as high as eighth position with less than thirty laps to go, but on the final sprint to the finish would bring his Shell ROTELLA® T Silverado home in 11th position.

Dennis held his position in the overall point standings at 11th. "I know we are better than our finishes, but overall I believe we are better than we were at this point last season," Setzer also stated. "We are looking forward to Martinsville here in a couple of weeks. It's my favorite track and after having two really bad runs there in 2005, we are looking to get back on our game at that race."
