TODD BODINE, Germain Racing, No. 9 Germain Motor Company Tundra:
How was your night? "It started off good and then we got that penalty. I didn't think we should have got the penalty -- the kid in front of me missed a shift and I either run into him, or pull out. We came back from last and got up to the lead and then battled with Mark (Martin). It wasn't all that bad. The truck was a little too free -- I needed to be just a little bit tighter. I knew before the race started that Mark's truck was a little more comfortable and he was going to be tough. It came down to who I thought it was going to be."
Did you think about last week's Daytona race finish? "I thought it was pretty cool. The three of us right there at the end of the race. Teddy (Musgrave) did a great job again tonight."
Could you catch Mark Martin? "Our Tundra was just too loose. Mark (Martin) was beating me through turns three and four -- he could run a little more wide open. Through turns one and two I was able to beat him through the middle. The last five laps of the green, I figured out how to get by him -- then the yellow came out. I was beating him through turns one and two so good, I knew I could get him. When the yellow came out I knew we didn't have a shot -- but I didn't give up."
"It was another great night for Germain Racing. Second and third again. We got our Tundras up were we needed them."
TED MUSGRAVE, Germain Racing, No. 9 Team ASE/Germain Toyota Tundra:
Was this finish just like last week's Daytona race? "Exactly. Mark (Martin), Todd (Bodine) and myself. A green, white, checker finish. The whole deal was the same thing. It was like deja vu. I thought about Daytona and thought here we are again. It's a good feeling to feel that. We'll take this finish and sooner or later things will switch around, and we'll be in the lead. That's two good races with a new team. It's just building blocks. We're working well together and so far we've had no mistakes and we keep running up near the front."
JACK SPRAGUE, Wyler Racing, No. 60 Con-Way Tundra: "Honestly, we had a top-three truck. Mark (Martin) -- I knew last night was the cream of the crop. I've got more respect for Mark than anybody else. He's probably the best race car driver I have ever raced against. He's smooth. I had a lot of fun out there tonight when Mark and I took off and got away from the field. Our Tundra ran great. The guys did a great job. We just had a lug nut fall off and unfortunately had to go to the back with 40 or 45 laps left."
