  • This is Toyota's second season -- and 46th race -- in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (NCTS).
  • A Toyota has captured the checkered flag 10 times in 45 NCTS races since the beginning of the 2004 season.
  • Todd Bodine won the most recent NCTS race at Las Vegas in the No. 30 Germain Racing Tundra. It was Toyota's sixth victory in 2005.
  • In addition to Todd Bodine, three other Tundra drivers have registered wins this season. Toyota drivers Mike Skinner (Richmond and Bristol), David Reutimann (Nashville) and Brandon Whitt (Memphis) have all crossed the finish line first in Tundras this year.
  • A Toyota Tundra has started on the pole nine times this season. Mike Skinner has registered five pole positions and Bill Lester has started first twice. In addition, Brandon Whitt and David Reutimann each have one pole position this season.
  • Mike Skinner made his 100th career NCTS start today at Martinsville. Skinner was the inaugural NCTS champion in 1995 and has 18 career NCTS wins.
  • Bill Lester, Mike Skinner's teammate at Bill Davis Racing, made his 99th career NCTS start today at Martinsville.

13th, DARELL WALTRIP, Darrell Waltrip Motorsports, No. 12 Toyota Tundra
"It really was good day. I came up through the field just like I hoped I would -- and got up to the top-15, or so. The guys on the No. 12 team gave me a great pit stop and then I was up to 11th. We were right on the game plan."

"I passed some trucks in the pits, and I passed some trucks on the track. Then, on pit out, there was a truck in the pit box, the first pit there -- and I was going out on the outside when he started to roll. I just forget that I had to go to that next line. When he started to roll, I just speeded up a wee bit and they nabbed me. Other than that it was a great day. I passed a lot of trucks. I started 30th and got up to 11th. I restarted dead last and got back to 13th. So, I passed a lot of trucks."

"I wish it was 500 laps today. I'm more in-tune to running a long time. In these 200-lappers you have to get it done quickly. I was really nice to people. I didn't do anything crazy. I 'nerved' a couple of guys, but then I got nerves. I missed the big wrecks. I had a fun day. It's days like today that make you want to do it again. But, in all reality and honesty, I got what I wanted. It was a fun day and I was very competitive, and that's the way to end things. Coming back here again, I might not get that good of a result. For a guy who hadn't raced since last April, today was a pretty fun day."

"I was so good until the end of the race -- when the sun came out. It got slick at the end of the day and I couldn't cut under people and pass them. If the race was longer, we might have made another stop for an adjustment. But, it was just taking me a little longer to pass people at the end."

10th, TODD BODINE, Germain Racing, No. 30 Germain Motor Company Tundra
"We just missed it today, we missed the set-up. The truck was just tight in the center of the corner all day. We tried to get it out, and couldn't get it out. So, to end up 10th with that truck, I'm pretty happy with that. I think we gained a spot in the points standings and we gained some points, overall. All in all, it was a good day."
